Meet Sarah
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I bring both knowledge and heart to the work I do. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside people during some of the most challenging seasons of their lives, and I continue to find great meaning and reward in helping others heal, grow, and feel lighter.
My therapeutic style is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real, human conversation rather than a clinical experience. Clients often describe me as approachable, engaging, and easy to talk to, with a sense of humor that helps create comfort and connection. My goal is to offer a safe space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel truly heard.
For as long as I can remember, I have felt a calling to be a source of comfort and strength for those who are struggling, hurting or marginalized. I find reward in listening to others, reflecting on their words, and offering supportive guidance as they navigate life’s challenges. If I can make a positive impact on someone’s life, it’s a mutually beneficial experience.
I believe that therapy is something everyone can benefit from. You do not need to be in crisis and you do not have to be at the lowest point in your life…making the decision to connect with a therapist means you’ve made the decision to work towards being the healthiest version of yourself. As your therapist, I promise to be a steadfast support for you on your good days, and your bad days too. I promise to always provide a non-judgmental environment where you can safely share your thoughts and feelings as I help you process and brainstorm resolutions to whatever you are facing.
When I’m not with clients, I enjoy spending family time with my two daughters. I love to spend my free time in Door County, WI – there’s nothing like a Door County sunset on the water! I am also an animal lover and enjoy spending time with my German Shepherd and Maine Coon kitty. Some other things I enjoy are listening to music + going to concerts, traveling, drinking iced coffee, going for walks, doing arts + crafts, and photographing nature.
